At Unique Shell, Safety critical products which require sound Microstructure are analysed through Image analyzer to detect the presence of internal defects like Micro porosity, Shrinkage, Blow Holes and Inclusions etc. Grain Size Measurement, Defect Size, Defect Area and Silicon Modification etc can be analysed to ensure the product quality.

The spectrometer tests the chemical composition of a material at the input and processing stage.
