We ensure our Dies, meet the customer requirements the First time and Every time. Our precise measurement standards and in-house CMM facility aids in getting the Right Die first time. We are equipped with complete CAD/CAM solutions, Vertical Machining center(MAKINO), Spark Erosion, Milling machine with DRO attachment and surface grinding etc., to support our manufacturing process. We have PROCAST software for simulation of metal flow and to optimize the gating design.
